Reg : quashing,,,

(Querist) 24 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Good Morning Sir,
Last week court sanctioned Ex.Party Divorce to me and with help of Divorce copy I can go for quashing 498a case and Maintenance case in high court.So pls kindly give your valuable suggestion on this. Thanking you.

no divorce case is separate from 498A case . court wont quash 498A merely because divorce is granted

Not a ground for quashing, you have to defend the case.
