Facts are not given.Law with regard to WILLs
are governed by Indian Succession Act and provision with regard to a residuary legatee
is laid down in section 102 of the said Act.
It has not been clarified of which kind of contingency is spoken about in the will.Chapter X of the said Act deals about contingent request.The author should deal his facts accordingly doing hi sown home work when he is shy to state contents of will in verbatim.
