SIR MY WIFE HAVE FILED FALSE FIR;S AND 125 CASE FOR MAINTENENCE AGAINST ME. IN WHICH SHE HAS COMMITED LOTS OF FALSE THINGS. I WANT TO FILE 340 APPLICATION AGAINST HER, WHAT IS THE CORRECT TIME TO FILE 340 APPLICATION AS EVIDENCE IS FROM THE NEXT HEARING, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER STATEMENT OR FILE IT NOW, KINDLY GUID ME.

If she has stated those statements on affidavit then only you can file such petition.
There is no proper time for this. Once it is made on oath , you are free to file petition for perjury.
