Hello Sir,
We are planning to sell our residential property located in old delhi. Since it is an inherited property, we dont have any legal documents of it (like naksha, and other legal papers).
Now in order to sell this property and to know all the details of the property (like its area and all)can you please help me by providing a list of all documents required to sell the property and also the detailed procedure to obtain all these documents from their concerned government departments.
The residential property is located in area of Chandni Chowk, Delhi 110006.

This is a job of an expert, youc can not do yourself.
A lawyer after checking all the paers can tell what more you require and how.

Produce all the papers in your possession before a local lawyer, obtain his opinion and proceed as per his advice if it seems o be feasible.
