Striking off

If a Redg. pvt. company is in the process of Striking Off, and would like to sale the movable property of the company like vehicles/ car , whats is the procedure.
Can it be sold to any pvt. party or any NOC Legal formalities is required

If the company has gone for winding then only liquidator is empowered to sale such properties under the guidelines of the high court otherwise company is free o sale it as per its own policy without seeking NOC from any authority.
