Regarding information act

Dear experts
my friend applied for documents of his own ( relating to sbm bank)through right of information act.
But Bank authorities denied to provide information as per section8(1)(j)of the information act.
now what is the next step?

Prefer appeal before the appellate authority.

Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 09 January 2014
the bank can not deny to give the information of your own information.

Give complaint to the CIC. Also go for appeal as advised by Mr.Barman.

File first appeal and if no information received, file second appeal to the CIC.
