Cacellation of deal after payment

As per my limited knowledge there are 2 steps in property deal
agreement to sale
sales deed

if a buyer want to cancel deal and return flat to owner after full/partial payment what is the process?

What ever terms you wish you include in the agreement and consult a lawyer for drafting the agreement.

always get agreement drafted by lawyer . under no circumstances deliver possession of property unless full payment is made . make time the essence of contract
