I sent cheque bounce notice within 15 day by registered post as per rule but he refused to received the notice. what shall be the next step? shall I E-mail the notice to him? please advice me.

refusal to accept notice is proper service . he has 15 days time to make payment from date of receipt of notice . in case he fails to make payment within 15 days file complaint within period of one month
