Sirs,
GHMC was requested under RTI, to funish a copy of occupancy certificate/Proceedings as a result of application under Bldg.Regulation Scheme. In reply, GHMC stated that the "verified and the file concerned is not traceable".

Sirs, As the reply is not satisfactory, what action can be taken to get the information. To whom to approach for further action in the matter.
Please suggest.
