Hello Experts,

I have a small query regarding Stay against order.

which section deals with Stay (crpc)

or stay is in prayer only while appealing u/s 397 (and separate appeal u/s 482, so that interim decision can be revised in 397)

Yes interim order in 125 case can be challenged in Revision u/s 397 or 401 crpc.
For stay it is inherent power of court no separate provision is to be quoted.
