Refusal of trash collection by society

(Querist) 02 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
the society has stopped collection of trash on the grounds that it contained diapers of a bedridden old women inspite of paying mainetainace charges

can it do so ?

if not what is the solution?

no society cannot do so . issue legal notice to society
