Double jeopardy

Whether proceedings under section 107/151 Cr.P.C. will amount to double jeopardy when one of the party filed criminal complaint on the same facts against the second party.

no, section 107/151 of cr.pc is only a precautionary action of police, the complainant has right to file complaint. no double jeopardy
