Refusal of trash collection by society

in my housing society the society has refused to collect trash on the grounds tha it contains surgical dirty linens & excreta of an old patient hence we stopped paying mainetainance charges after addresing issue to society chairman who is not at all responding please advise

SEND LAWYER LN TO CHAIRMAN FOR ADDRESSING UR PROBLEM BUT DO NOT STOP

you cannot refuse to pay maintenance charges. in event you fail to pay maintenance society will take recovery proceedings under section 101 of MCS act .

if society refuses to lift garbage address letter to secretary /chairman .if no action is taken complain o registrar / BMC
