my friend purchased the land,he was not get the pattadarpass book.
1. IS THE pattadar passbook essantial to file the declaration suit.
2.if i want to file the declaration suit what are the supporting documents essential in the hon'ble court.
3.without any dispute in the property can we file declaration suit for future safe side.
