i am jagadeesan, my wife and i was separated before three years, we need mutual divorce as quickly as possible

Go and get it otherwise if IrBM law is passed then she is also entitled for half ancestral property..File petition of divorce via mutul consent at Family Court/ADJ and wait for second motion which will be passed after 6 months
