Dear sir /madam
my friend's wife have filed a case on husband dv &atrocity &harrassment.if he doesnt hv any one to give bail, how many days he will be remanded in jail and what is the procedure after coming out ,did he should attend the case ??
&one more doubt
she demanded 20lakhs for giving divorce
so can we negotiate the amount

After grant the bail it is must to file bail bond before the court without bail bond they will not came out from jail in normal course ! How ever high court may be interfere such matters!

Giving bail is not a difficult process. The net worth of the person who gives bail will not be high. Some friends or relatives will come forward to complete this simple formality.
As regards negotiation for divorce with the other party that all depends upon the grounds for divorce, the capacity to pay etc.

Bail is easy.

It is not a costly process. Nominal cost apart from lawyers fees which can be negotiated.
