plz guide me what to??? the story is 498a was registtered against me on 2 dec 2011.I along with my two advocate departed from ndelhi in g.t express to attend two cases 125 crpc and d.v act at dist court betul m.p on 1dec 2011 when we reached betul station on 2 dec 2011 also date of above cases two police constables along with uncle of my wife took us from Betul station exit to nearby ganj chowki on pretext of some talk when we went ganj chowki afer about 45 mins my wife and her father came and got FIR registered against me on the same date WITH ZERO CRIME NUMBER witch i was informed by i.o that i am under arrest for which i.o gave certificate of my arrest at 12.30pm to one of my accompined advocate because both advocate didnt left me even at ganj choki. Time of information mentionad in the FIR has a cutting now seems 10.30 or 18.30 BECAUSE IT WAS 9.30 AM AND AFTER 9 WAS TURNED TO 0 AND MAKING 1 BEFORE MANUPILATED 9 CLEARLY SHOWING MANUPILATION. My bail was put on same day in lower court where magistrate clearly mentionad that after persual of record complainent has registered FIR on 2 dec 2011 at 9.30am and granted bail on same day.Point is that ganj choki incharge and i.o were in influence of my inlaws.they manupilated time in f.i.r after bail and before filling chargesheet which was filled by i.o on 14 dec 2011. Because in f.i.r event is of same day: That i went to my inlaw home and demanded dowry and threatened them if they dont fullfil my demand:My wife in her cross in 125 crpc and in 498a says that i went to her home at 9.30 am and also states in 498a that she and her father left there home for complaining to ganj chowki at 10.30 am and distance of ganj chowki from there home is 5 mins by schooter and 15 mins by walk.But at that time i was in train with my advoctaes and we reached betul at 9.59 am witch i confirmed by r.t.i to railway as train was late of its right time at 9.20 am. my advocates raised this issue in court but magistrate is silent.my case is in defence stage and my cross is over and i also said this in my chief.
QUS 1. what to do next take ON the manupilation of time in the said FIR.
