my grand father have 16 acres of land and other property. out of this 8 acre was purchased by him and 8 acre are those which he received from his father. my grand father has 4 sons and i am the only son of my father. my father has been expired. my grandfather don't want to give me any share from this property. does i have any share in this property or not.

Surely you have a share in that property, since your grandfather's father having property for that your father get share from his share you have a share. There is no doubt it.

You have share in the property received by your grandfather from his father. Property purchased by your grandfather may be disposed by him in any way he like.

Your Grandmother is absolute owner of 08 acres he has personally bought.
About rest of 08 acres,if your great grandfather was the owner and died intestate
before 1956,while your father was born,you are entitled to 1/5th of the coparcenary of 08 acres.
