sir, my name is tedlapu jagadeesh babu
and my father name is verri babu but in my ration card my name is printed jagadhish babu and my father name is erri babu but in my eduaction certficates are my name is tedlapu jagadeesh babu and my father name is verri babu
hence
correct names are tedlapu jagadeesh babu and my father name is verri babu
i want to passport immediatly for job in malaysia so plz say the solution plz....
in passport office accept notary?or any affidavit ...........
plz tell me answer sir it argnt

Swear an affidavit before the first class magistrate.

Personally go to the nearest passport office and put your problem there and thereafter do whatever is advised.
