I purchased material for repairing tenanted
flat. Cash memos issued by the shop were
produced with my affidavit of evidence in court. To prove the cash memos I have to produce the shop keeper who issued it. It was 13 years back and now the shop does not exist and wherabouts of shop keeper is not known.
Witness summons is returned by bailiff with above remarks. Cash memos were issued in my presence and I can testify as to who issued the same. Kindly advise the procedure to prove the cash memos.
