Hi, I was informed by my friends that, I was summoned as a one of witness out of 24 peoples to a criminal case on 24 July 2013, by Session court in Udupi district, Karnataka, India.
Presently m in Kuwait (gulf country) with my family and I cannot attend the court.
a) What is the solution.
b) Is t necessary / Compulsory to attend.
c) What is the legal procedure to not to attend.

Engage an advocate ans ask him to inform the court about your presence in abroad. This would be considered by court.

If you personally do not receive summons at your present address of abroad, dont care and be happy in your job.

How do I check online status of case, if I give the case number or what details are required to find out.

If such facility is there then only you can check the status, else you have to depend on your lawyer.
