U/S 138 NIA NOTICE RECEIVED BY THE DRAWER ON 24.05.2013, THE CASE SHOULD BE FILED BY 08.07.2013, BUT DUE TO ILLNESS IT WAS DELAYED AND FILLED ON 15.07.2013 ALONG WITH MEDICAL
CERTIFICATE AND CONDOLENCE OF DELAY APPLICATION CMM ISSUE NOTICE TO DRAWER

PLEASE EXPLAIN ME MY STATUS IN THIS CASE

court will condone delay as complaint could not be filed on account of illness

As you have stated notice to drawer has been issued so accused will contest your claim of delay and matter may go to higher courts if stakes are more.
