Gift deed

can i sell my registered gift deed property which has gifted by my mother leagely ,shall it needs any body's sign like my brother etc,plz advise me.

No, if the gift deed is registered one, then consent of your brother is not required.

After registered gift, property is yours, you can sell it without the consent of your brother or some other person.
