a company(properitor concern) s name is : RAM ENTERPRISE
properitor name : X
attorney holder s name : y

my query is can an attorney holder have right to sue any party on the basis of section 138, if the enterprise(propritor concern) is dealing with the third party

2) As a Director of an organisation, what is your concern with the proprietory firm?

3) Does the attorney also been vested with power to sign a cheque?

4) If related to the problem, are you going to contest the case yourself and not the advocate of your organisation?
