Dear All,

A claim petition need to be submitted to liquidators, the information from the liquidators states :-
"On Petition Rs. 5/- Court fees to be put up with Rs. 10/- Notorial Stamp",
What is the meaning of this?

affix both stamps on the petition and file it.

Petition is to be drafted on Rs. 5/- stamp paper which is to be got notarized through a Notary who shall affix his stamp of Rs. 10/-.
