Which is better title

Hi all,

(1)Getting property through lokadalath award
(2)Getting property through registered deed(say partition,gift,will..etc)

Which property will have the better title in the above ....so that one cannot disturb the property title in the future???

It depends upon the facts of the matter otherwise both are good at its place and there is no comparison between these two.
