Settlement was made by my friend who is the father to daughter . But unfortunately she son was passed away . How to get back the property to the mother of passed daughter.Because the settler was died too.
Please tell the procedure

What do you mean by "she son" passed away, whether the daughter in whose name the property was settled or the son and what link he got with the property? Also with what type of document the property was settled in the name of the daughter?

Thanks for indicate my wrong words
My friend was made his ,self owned property to his two son and one daughter during 2002. The daughter was divorcee and no issue too. During 2007 she also died. Now My friend's wife is living with her sons. The property which was given by settlement to their daughter will be get back again and like to give to her two son . What is the way she can take back legally and give to her son.
