Dowry death case

Hi,

On my name along with my family there is case registered and the girl side saying that we are responsible and we asked dowry and killed.

Nothing as such happened and we were taking care of her and then got a girl kid as well and she was also kiled by my wife and then she killed herself and the girl family is blaming us and they registered case. don't know what to do. I work in MNC and brought her back to live with me in dec but she ran away to mumbai and then my father took her to home, over there she suicided and killed my daughter as well. Please advice adn help

Your wife suicided at your place. You have to arrange concrete proofs in support of what you are saying. Is there any proof of previous mental illness. From the above you with your family members are in deep trouble. Take the services of top criminal lawyer.

The case is of suicide at your place so this is very serious case. You shall have to be depend upon the trial.

so what can be done in this case. I know sir that trouble has stepped at our door but with the help of people like you we can get out of it.

Wnat to know if there is any option to get bail in this situation. I am out and i don't stay at my home town and i can prove that the day the incident happened i was not available and my sisters who stay away from house as well. just want to know how to prove this that we are not at fault. what kind of evidence required and also how we can gather the evidence.

Village people came to make her understand couple of times when she was doing and threatning that she will do such thing and will make our family in trouble and in case if we can't prove what will be the penalties and the day of imprionment.

You shall have to surrender before court or police and shall not get bail for some days. This is not the proper stage for telling the evidence. The entire facts shall have to be raised during the evidence which is many kelometers away from this stage. If you are arrested then the bail for your sisters and other family members can be got ensured. The bail is a discretionary power of the court and no comment can be made thereto.
