Civil + criminal

A & B together buy a one Land.

A died.
A is a guru i.e Devotee of Hanuman temple.
A has no legal Hiers and He is Bal Bhramchari.

Question
1. B will become Owner of whole land?
2. Can any Shishya of A can claim for legal rights in aforesaid Land from B?
3. Which Law will applicable in relation between Guru and Shishya i.e Succession ?

Student exercises are not solved here. Better you read carefully, the Hindu succession Act and Indian Succession Act to know whether Guru-Shishya relationships are recognised under the said Acts or not before you solve this exercise.

From the topic of the query, it reveals, as if as a student you don't even know whether the case is of civil nature or criminal nature. Trying to walk by holding others' finger won't make you a good lawyer.

About topic title the thing is there are lots of facts of aboveasaid matter. And its a criminal as well as Civil matter.

Never underestimate any person.
