Lease agreement

Sir,

There is a lease agreement between two companies and there is only one director representing both the companies. so my question is that can he sign as a lessor and lessee for Lease agreement.

no, he cannot.

No. He cannot do so rather one of the company may provide authority to other person to represent it.
