Rejection of bail application

(Querist) 07 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
In a fake Criminal case registered u/s 34, 379, 411, 417, 418, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477, Neelam, accused surrendered herself to lower court and was arrested. She applied for bail in session court but A. D.J. II rejected her bail application on wrong grounds. What can she do to get bail? She is a professional practicing advocate.

Apply for bail from high court and there is no other remedy now.
