Anticipatory bail in section 195a ipc

My cousins were threatening me and witnesses in an ongoing criminal case. First an FIR was registered under sections 447, 448, 506, 120B IPC and they were released on bail. Afterwards charges were revised and section 195a was added. My question is will they have to apply for anticipatory bail and if so what are the chances of being granted bail? Thank you in advance.

You need not go for anticipatory bail. Take bail from the trial curt itself. It would not be rejected.

If I appear in Court and request that bail not be granted as they are threatening me and witnesses in another case? Is section 195a IPC bailable?

If you are complainant in the case and accused persons are threatening you then file an application before the trial court to reject their bail and also oppose their bail application, if moved. Engage a private lawyer for the assistance to PP.
