Quash 406 ipc

Session court has given in its order in DV ACT U/S 18,19,20 that there is no list of stridhan and no belongings and no claim by any suit like 406 ipc for stridhan. After 6 months of this order she is moving a case of 406ipc.Now can I go for quash summons of 406ipc.
