Leave and licence agreement

Dear Members,

There are 4 flats in the names of 4 owners (family members) which have been combined for renting out as one office. Can a single leave and licence be made for the office?

separate leave and licennse agreement as 4 separte flats are being given on leave and license

all 4 owners shall have to sign therein.

Since the owner of 4 flats are different persons so execute separate leave and license agreement of each flat.
