Dear Experts,
at times it becomes a bit difficult to understand the objective of this interactive platform.
If you ask question related to ongoing litigation, you are replied to as - CONTACT LEGAL COUNSEL, AS THERE IS PERSONAL GAIN / INTEREST INVOLVED AND YOU SHOULD SPENT MONEY RATHER THAN SEEKING CHARITABLE ADVISE.
When you ask any academic query the reply at times received is- no academic queries please.
WHAT QUERY SHALL ONE ASK?

4WhatIsRight (Querist) 08 October 2012
Dear Mr.Ashish,
Let the experts decide how they want to respond to the queries raised here.
please do not try to choke their opinion, it is an interactive platform where people from all fields have a right to voice their opinion.
you may choose to not to respond, but you cannot dictate to others whether attention is required or not.
THERE ARE REAL EXPERTS, AND NOT PSEUDO EXPERTS, WHO ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN SHARING KNOWLEDGE.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE NOT TO RESPOND TO QUERIES WHICH WE DO NOT WANT TO REPLY AND LET THE QUERY REMAIN UNANSWERED, BUT LET US NOT FORCE OUR VIEWS ON OTHERS UNLESS THEY SEEK OUR ADVICE.

Mr. questioner
you better know if not know let it know that this forum is not for study the law and its section as in the law school , here many more experts who are giving their valuable time just try to give suggestion and idea to person(s) to get any solution from there legal problems and cases , and whereas you are asking some question as a student ask or examiner ask to their students. you can get answer all of your question if you go through the legal related books and if not, instead of sitting before the site you contact any local lawyer and give him fees he will clear you all this type of query please don't try to west the time of experts who are ready to give there knowledge for betterment of needy person(s)

Dear Mr.Surendra and Ashish,
1. there is no doubt about the fact that this platform is to help people, WITHOUT ANY SELF INTEREST, who need assistance in legal matters.
THIS IS WHAT "LCI" STANDS FOR, BUT IT APPEARS THERE ARE STILL FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE JOINED THIS PLATFORM FOR CLIENT FISHING.
@. is not this surprising that you have time to waste by writing such elaborate opinions but not a moment to spare to reply to the basic query in brief.
YOU ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT / OPTION TO NOT TO RESPOND TO QUERY, WHICH IS OF NO INTEREST TO YOU.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS INTERACTIVE PLATFORM "DIS-TASTEFUL" BY SUCH UNWARRANTED COMMENTS.
THERE ARE PROFESSIONALS ON THIS PLATFORM WHO ARE SINCERE WITH THEIR INTENTION TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND HELP.
AS THE PROCEDURE OF LAW IS SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED, I HAVE COME ACROSS MANY PROFESSIONALS WITH VALID DEGREES BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE.
IF YOU OBSERVE CAREFULLY YOU WOULD FIND THAT THERE ARE MILLIONS OF CASES LOST ONLY BECOZ OF SOME PROCEDURAL MISTAKE- ranging from plaint being rejected to losing at the final stages of the suit due to very silly mistakes- NOW WHETHER THE MISTAKES WERE INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL THAT ISSUE REMAINS TO BE THOROUGHLY DEBATED.but one thing has been common the victim blindly followed the professional advice without even trying to understand what was actually being done or happening.
A LITTLE BEFORE HAND KNOWLEDGE DEFINITELY HELPS IN SELECTING THE RIGHT PERSONNEL.
