Transfer of flat from my married daughter to my name

My daughter having a flat in Mumbai would like to transfer in the name of me(father) or mother, as she is residing and settled in out of India and no likelihood of returning.
what are the procedures please.

she should make a gift deed in your favour . the gift deed should be stamped and regd . contact a local lawyer

She shall have tc come to Mumbai for the purpose of gifting the property in your name in the office of Registrar. A due permission from the Society is also required prior to gift so clear all dues thereto and obtain NOC.

The best option has correctly been advised by the experts, I agree.
However, your daughter can get a relinquishment deed registered in favour of your wife or yourself, which shall save a lot on stamp duty and equally safe
