Covered parking

I have purchased an apartment in 2010 in Kengeri , bangalore. The builder has taken separate amount for COVERED PARKING.
Now I find that my car is almost 20-25% not under COVERED Parking and it has danger from falling objects from the balconey above.

What remedy do I have against the builder.

builder cannot sell carking slots . issue legal notice tyo builder and ask for refund

You get refunded not only car parking space amount given by you but of all other residents of the society. If on your legal notice, the builder do not respond, file a FIR against him in the concerned police station for the offence of Fraud as he cannot legally sale and recover any amount against parking space as per verdict of Supreme court
