Is the lci site malfunctioning

Hi Friends,
For last few days I am facing below mentioned problems. Are others also facing this problem?
1. Whenever I try to post something, it gives an error and after multiple attempts either the content is not posted or posted multiple times.
2. All PMs that I get are multiple. So seems they also are facing the same problem.
3. The site has become slow.

Yes I agree.
To be precise since 5th. June I'm tracking the ticket.
1.There is constant Error 400 as well as Error 500 once replied to a querry at time of reloading of same open page.
2. Upon accessing either my profile or Inbox I face Time Out error on line 38
3. Either the SQL Server service is not running or Database engine is not listening on port 1433
4. The client and server are not configured to use the same network protocol.
5. Yesterday afternoon (3-4 PM I think) first time I say message LCI site (in red) is under maintenance !
Well I have personaly at my end resolved following;
1. TCP/IP problem at my end
2. Used IP Address several times insteald of site ID
3. Reinstalled Windows XP licensed copy and checked all default browser settings
4. Reinstalled IE8 and checked default settings
5. Refreshed / released DNS cache
6. Pinged
7. Reconfigured Firewall at my end
8. Desabled official Norton IS while accessign LCI and then restarted while not lstening to LCI
etc etc
Yet facing same issues.
Seems SQL server DB engine needs restarting or further tweakign at LCI backend.

it is difficult to log on site .to log on to thsi site is an achievement itself . hence am unable to replyto any queries posted

I also faced the same problem.
I requested to Admin, please take appropriate action to resolve issue.

I have already sent details of malfunctioning and abnormal delay in response on clicking any link or postings that too with error at most of the time.
Earlier also I reported about its malfunctioning. But, I have not received any response so far from the admn. Silence of the admn is not understood.

The irony is that when I tried sending mails to Admin, I could not send mails to admin even.
