good evening sir

sir i heard that calling photographer as witness in the court will be more in Criminal cases, but marriage being civil case the evidence, calling photographer is not essential to prove the contents of the same. is it correct?
if so any citation i can get sir?

Photographer is an essential witness to prove if any pictuer shot by him is disputed.

No, it is not correct.You can call him for

evidence in civil cases also.

If you want to prove the photograph, the photographer needs to be examined as a witness.

One can not simply submit a documents and asked the court to accept it without examining the author of the documents.
