Please refer websites www.nhrc.com this websites provide you option to give complaint it is know as NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHT COMMISSION, DELHI THIS COMPLAINT REPLIED with in 15 day at address given on complaint.
There is National Human right commission,
State Human right commission.
There also you will provide by Human right Act with all articles.
