in eviction case tenant didnot pay rent for 25months.moreso he made subletting. case filed he appeared and did not file w/s.defence struck after many adjournments and costs imposed. at time ofexparte evidence he made application for setting it aside. plaintiff agreed but defendent again absented on subsequent dates.exparte judgement given. can defendent has right to get judgement set aside by putting aan application
