Whether writ petition can be filed aghainst organisation who has invaded in privacy of individual?

Kindly inform whether petitioner can file the case before High Court under Writ Petition Article 226 of constitution aginst any organisation who has invaded in his privacy and defamed his name without any suit valuation and leave to the court for adjudication

No. Defamation petition can be filed only before lower civil/criminal court.
