Sir,
I am F.Y.L.L.B. student, I want some information about (5-6 pages), "Novation Under Indian Contract Act" and "Consumer Redressal Forum" under Consumer Protection Act.

Dear Gaurav,
Go through the book on Contracts by Chittis from your library.
Compare the same to the corresponding provisions in Indian Contract Act.
You will be able to prepare a nice note which you are looking for.
Always remember, as a student you have to do the hard work yourself. You should not expect someone else do it for you. In fact, when you become an Advocate, and obviously you will be a junior in the initial years, you will be required to do the hard work. Therefore, right from now onwards, try to imbibe that habit of self-work.
