a franchisee wants to open an electronics shop in India of a brand...the brand deals with a number of electronic products inc TV, ac , washing machine ...etc ....are their any rules, regulations , laws , quality standards that need to be adhered to ......and if the quality of 1 product is not good enough acc to reasonable standards can still rest of the products be imported oblivious of the bad one ...

dear experts,
i remember this site helping me through thick and thin in all my research during interns in college ...i am a final year student and approached it for assistance ...and this is part of the research i am supposed to do ..i am disheartened by the accusation of seeking"COMMERCIAL" help being made out against me ....it will be more encouraging to see some technical and practical assistance to students to learn the profession better and not just limit ones thought to who is making more money and who is escaping fees !!!
