can any body provide me the draft of domestic violence so that i can get the idea how to draft the dv.

It has no special format of draft not any format of it could give you an idea as to to file such petition. You need to go through the full provisions of the Act to get any idea about its filing.
If you are not an advocate then engage once for such job.

The format is the same as eny other petitions. You have to state facts of the case. Then DV Act applicable in the case and then your prayers.

Must engage Advocate to Draft and file it. Self medication, and self drafting are equally dangerous. Dr. with white coat operate in Hospital for any physical operations of illness to cure you.[body] Adv. with Black coat operate in Court for any mental misunderstanding and greed-ego crated illnesses to cure you. [Mind] both are patients.
