can the astrological prediction becomes a part of IPR?

Mere astrological predictions can not become IPR since the person who is making such things has not invested the same nor is there novelty in his predictions.
However if a person makes a new method of prediction which is unheard of till date. his new method may become an IPR.

No. Astrological predictions are not protected by IPR.
Intellectual Property is a product of the intellect that has commercial value, including copyrighted property such as literary or artistic works, and ideational property, such as patents, appellations of origin, business methods, and industrial processes.
Predictions are not considered to be product of intellect and does not have any commercial value.

Astrological CD are having copy rights.
Your genuine research & work, based on ancient Astrology can be protected under IPR.
Prediction are day to day affairs , & changes per case, And everybody can predict, without guarantee of its reliability!
A Printed Published Booklet/ CD/ etc can be IPR
Deepal suggestion may be considered.
