evidence has to be in form of affidavit stating the full facts of case . no ready format as facts would differ from case to case .

There is no straight jacket of affidavit to be worn by all.Affidavits are evidence proposing to prove facts stated in petition on oath.
Do not you have any lawyer engaged for your case.????????????

i thing your case getting exparte. and court asking you to take exparte evidence.,

just file your affidavit and mark your side documents., dont worry your advocate will take care all of this formalities.,

The evidence in RCR would be your petition supported by Affidavit and signed in the presence of Oath Commissioner.
