Setting aside arbitration award

ex party arbitration award passed by arbitrater at place say mumbai as per agreement.The agreement was signed at say delhi. Can the application for setting aside the award be filed in delhi high court. Can you give any citation in support of your opinion.

Sorry the jurisdiction for proceeding under section 34 of the Act lies in Mumbai only where the arbitration was held.

if arbitration has taken place in mumbai application for setting aside award has to be filed in bombay only

Yes for setting aside the award can only be filed in Mumbai as per as the section 34 of arbitration act because the arbitration was held in Mumbai

The setting aside application can also be moved before the same authority having record in its possession.
