sir i am a villagen. on one humen needs in our village. like water supply, street light, madical's .i am camplent to grampanchyat but they can't reply to my complient. pl. suggest which is the next step to complient againest grampanchayat?

since gram panchayat is not taking any action all the voters should get together and ask for gram sabha meeting and have issue placed on agenda of gram sabha
At least 10% of the votersshould demand for such
a Gram Sabha within 15 days the Gram Sabhashould be beconvened

if the garampanchyat not care your public needs demand, then meet the concern MLA and MP, and Minister of panchayat .
You send all in details and send copy of the petition to all and to Chief minister too.
IF possible you can appeal by media too

Your query is not legal one. Gram Panchayats are trying to provie public facilities since last 5000 years and shall try to provide till this earth remains. Human necessities go on increasing day by day. Once fulfilled, shall arise other. One luxury shall become necessity on tomorrow so try to give direction to Panchayat cooperating with it rather to make complaint against it and the facilities you mentioned is not your civil right as you do not pay anything to panchayat against the demanded facilities.
