you should appear before the supreme court and inform the court that you have no objection to transfer of case to shimla HP

engage a lawyer

Appear in supreme court and pray for the transfer of case to shimla as you also want. Non appearance in SC will go the case in her favour and you will be assumed to be a wrong party

but charges of SC advocate's are too high and my monthly income is around Rs. 5000/-
its very difficult to go SC and hire advocate.
Can i ask my Chandigarh's advocate to file the No objection at CHD court or through CHD court

You can get advocates for SC for nominal fee also, if you have to give a no objection only.

Also, the matter is in SC, you can not give No Objection in Chandigarh

Feel free to contact undersigned.

You can even apply for Legal Aid.
Since the case is definitely be transferred it is better not to contest.
